- 4 cups kale leaves
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- ½ cup chopped English walnuts
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Wash kale and pat dry. Cut away stems, tear leaves into bite-sized pieces, and add to salad bowl.
- Wash berries and add to salad.
- Mix dressing, drizzle on top and toss.
- Top with chopped walnuts, which are high in omega 3 fatty acids.
