Lisa Stamey's Cole Slaw

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 head cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 jalapeño, cut out veins and seeds, slice thinly
  • 1/2 red onion, slice thinly
  • 1//4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • season to taste

(just a guideline. I use more jalapeno and onion)

Directions:

  1. Mix together, enjoy.
