What's Your Goal? Lose Weight? Exercise More? Gain More Confidence?

2018 brought on many resolutions. If you are still working on those resolutions, here's a way to get there: Make S.M.A.R.T. goals. Be SPECIFIC. Make sure the goal is MEASURABLE., ACHIEVABLE, RELEVANT, and TIMELY.  Instead of saying, "I am going to lose weight," WRITE down -  I will lose 10 lbs. and 5 inches. I will do this in 5 weeks by eating smaller portions, and adding an extra day of exercise to my normal routine. I will weigh weekly to make sure I am on target. I want to do this because my knees are hurting and I know carrying this extra weight is hard on my knees. I CAN DO THIS!  This process can work on any goal you would like to achieve. Know your why and then figure out the how! Be Positive!
