Make portion sizes reasonable. (Remember this is not the last meal of the rest of your life.)
Eat mindfully. (Take your time and savor all the great aromas and taste.)
Thanksgiving is one day. Sure you can eat some leftovers. Just try to remember, this is not the beginning of a two month binge.
