Another idea for that most important meal of the day. This is simple and again with this recipe you could substitute. Maybe try salmon or Canadian bacon if eggs aren't your thing. I really like eggs and along with protein, you'll be getting Vitamin D! (We certainly are hearing a lot about that.) Getting our nutrients through food rather than supplements is the Best.
