When Linda explained the program and weekly counseling, I knew I wanted to try it and stated a lofty goal of 46 pounds weight loss. Well…thanks to Linda’s caring, consistent support I’ve loss the 46 pounds and changed my perspective on food and exercise. I feel great, friends say I look great, and I can honestly say that the changes feel natural. It’s funny, but I can no longer recall my old body and eating habits. I have a new normal and it’s great!
Why did it work for me? The food plan is simple using real food and the program has the right level of accountability. Meeting a few times a week was a small investment for what I gained. I’ve learned so much from Linda about healthy eating. Meeting with her routinely helped me process through all my mental justifications for over eating and conquer various triggers.
