Motivating Healthy Weight Loss

Decorating our Healthy Inspirations Christmas tree is motivating and everyone has joined in.  

1. Exercise 3 times a week. Receive personal ornament for the tree.

2. Complete Nutrition Visits for the week. Receive personal ornament for the tree.

3. Lose weight. Receive personal ornament for each pound lost.

4. Bring in a friend. Receive a gift from underneath the tree.

We have 2 more weeks to go and our tree is over flowing with ornaments. Good job, ladies!!!
