Best Advice for Losing Weight and Keeping it Off!

Confusing eating to LOSE WEIGHT with eating for GOOD HEALTH is the number one problem in our Obese Society.  When we start thinking quality and what really makes us feel good, weight loss will be the side effect.

Try, just for one week to eat REAL food. Eliminate all processed foods and do some cooking with fresh foods. Be very aware and see how your body reacts.  If you think you don’t have time, maybe it’s time to take time for something this important.
