Lose your attachment. Lose your weight.

Why do we keep doing the things that we don't really want to?  What's the attachment and why can't we let it go? Here's a technique that may help you: Think about what you need to "let go".  Write it down and throw it away in a box, waste can, or burn it!  It's done and you are on your way to what you want.  Try it and let me know how it worked for you.
