Exercise for Weight Loss and More!

Cal Poly Relay for Life was full of energetic and caring people.  Healthy Inspirations lead the Warm Up again this year.  

To incorporate your exercise into an even more helpful routine, join or create a team for Relay for Life.  Helping others is another way to reduce your stress and being connected to others has proven to make our lives more positive.  Combine exercise, helping others, and being part of a positive group and you have quite a combination for weight loss. Healthy Inspirations uses these guide lines, along with a  healthy nutrition plan to create the best possible results and give you the best weight loss journey.

On July 27 at 9:00 am, join us for the warm up at the San Luis Obispo Relay for Life and stay and support this great effort!  It is being held at the San Luis Obispo High School.
