Three positive tips for weight loss.

During this time of year it can be a struggle staying on our weight loss journey, but Oh so worth it!  Here are three tips that will help you stay on track and feel fantastic in the process.

1.  EAT MINDFULLY.  Look at the food and decide if this is really what you want.  Taking time to think will assure that you are making a choice, not just following a pattern.  Listen to YOUR voice, not old ideas and pressures.

2. COMMIT TO MOVE.  Keep your exercise routines and see how much more energy you will have during the holidays.  You'll still accomplish what needs to be done and feel so much better doing it.

3.  RELAX.  If you're feeling anxious, you're living in the future.  Focus on what you are doing at the moment and you will not only be at peace, but you will preform the task to perfection!
